Rock climbing and the community around it have given me so much joy over the years. I truly believe this sport can teach us so much about ourselves along with being a 'horizon-expanding pastime'. It has taken me to some amazing places and I'm lucky enough to have travelled extensively for work and play across the globe over the years.

I run an inclusive rock climbing festival, Women's Trad Festival (now in its 5th year) in the Peak District near Sheffield with 3 other women - Hetty Key, Ellie Fuller and Charlie Low. The 2019 festival sold out in less than 3 seconds. Our core values are mental wellbeing, sustainability and accessibility in the outdoors - these underpin everything we do. Being outside has huge benefits for wellbeing and the team all share the goal of making trad climbing accessible to more people, regardless of gender, age and ability.
